amazing hub experience
helpful staff clean showers luggage storage
the staff was friendly and so helpful! showers were clean. i really enjoyed the hot water and rituals products. the beds are cozy and i had more than enough space in the hub. luggage storage was also super easy and secure for my bags.
The location isn't central. it really wasn't ideal if you plan on walking everywhere. Public transportation is necessary

The hubs offer security. You use a bracelet at the self serve bar, for free lockers, and for access to the room areas. you can't hear anything from inside your room. it is cosy and clean.

showers are powerful! hot water is plentiful. rituals shower gel is available in the bathrooms. i used the well-equipped common area to prepare meals. tables and sofas are available.

functional design clean bathrooms efficient check-in easy luggage storage
The hub's design impressed me. It's VERY functional. I easily stored my luggage. The shared bathrooms are clean. The self-service check-in was efficient. I was settled quickly.
The lighting controls inside the hub could be slightly more intuitive, sometimes I struggled to get the right setting.

A fantastic food hall is adjacent to the building. MANY options are available. A charming coffee shop across the street provides breakfast. The location makes grabbing a quick bite SUPER convenient.

The staff communicated effectively via chat. They responded promptly to my inquiries. They arranged an electric heater for me when I requested it, delivered SO fast.

The shared showers offer toiletries from Rituals, SUCH a luxury. The self-service bar provides an easy way to make drinks. Bicycle rentals are available, made exploring easy.

The hotel is near Vondelpark and tram lines. Street markets are within walking distance. They are SO vibrant. Public transport access is easy. I didn't have any trouble.

The price felt excessive. Stains marred the pillows. They REALLY need replacement. The robes were too thin and not comfortable. The location isn't ideal either.

smooth check-in vending machines lighting system
the check-in was smooth. i got a wristband (it opens all doors!) and could buy drinks from vending machines. the hub had speakers and a lighting system, all controlled from the app. the showers had soap, shampoo, and body lotion.
The lighting in the hubs is pretty bright. A small nightlight would be helpful.
